Information
In this video we demonstrate a
technique that seems to have adopted the popular
name of Colour Popping. This is where we turn an
image into monochrome and allow just one part of
that image to show through in colour. Here we kill
two birds with one stone by demonstrating how effective
this technique can be and also making use of the
versatile adjustment layers to help us create the
effect. Adjustment layers never change your original
image, which make them a perfect tool for our creative
work. Adjustment layers and masks are easy to apply
and open up enormous possibilities.
We demonstrate a great technique
to ensure that any masking work you do is faultless
that would stand the test of a large print. Remember
that all our best work in Photoshop should go unnoticed.
Here we take you through the technique, simply and
easily.
