We get asked this question very often. How and what is the best method of creating a thin line around the edge of images for a slide show. Well, what is best may depend on your own way of working, so what we have done here is to demonstrate 2 ways inside Photoshop, one way within PTE6 and what we think is the most versatile way using both Photoshop a Png file and PTE6. In addition we demonstrate why it is sometimes necessary to create these lines. Although we demonstrate creating white lines around darker images, of course the same techniques can be used to place dark lines around light images, especially those on a white background.
