The digital revolution over the past few years has seen our needs to produce prints diminish. Most people have large monitors and our images look infinitely better displayed on a monitor than they would as a relatively small print. Sure prints have their use, but we now need a new way to present our images and many people are turning to slide show softwarelike PicturesToExe. (PTE)

Let's see if we can adequately describe PTE in a sentence or two. Firstly we can purchase the software for around $100 (Australian), which is a steal for what we are getting. PTE will allow us to create Digital Audio Visual presentations. They could be a presentation of your best images or a slide show that stirs emotion. We can animate our still images and we can create an exe file at the end of the process that will play on any PC. We can then convert that slide show to a dpmestic DVD that would play through a TV.

Our Digital Audio Visual Seminars are pitched at a general level and includes the Audio Visual process from start to finish. The author has been creating Audio Visual for 25 years, firstly with film projectors and now PicturesToExe slide show software. We have tried the rest and we have settled on the best with PicturesToExe. We are pretty good at reacting to questions and then demonstrating our answer to those attending our seminars. This has always worked well and the group quickly find a level. The whole point of the 4 person seminar is that no-one is left behind.

PicturesToExe is not a difficult program to learn, but like all modern software it is packed with options and we guarantee that you will go away from the day with a lot more knowledge than you came with and be able to put together your own slide shows. One thing we always try to do is give Email/phone support to anyone who has attended our seminars and gets hung up on some technique or project.

Unfortunately It is not practical to bring laptops to try and follow along with the author. We have tried that, but it just doesn't work very well. You would think that it would, but our experience is that it slows things down to such a degree that things can grind to a halt. Different versions of Windows, difference laptop specs are just a few of the barriers to this way of learning.

If you want to bring your laptop, it is possible, but you really need to book the day exclusively for yourself, or put together your own small group and we can work to meet your needs, so call us.

We encourage you to bring along the images you are working on and we often find that works far better. We are able to demonstrate what you want to do with your slide show with your own images.
